Applications can be submitted self-service via the Customer Center. The supported directions include: • Technology / Information Websites (Daily IP ≥ 500, with preference for technical sites) • Active open-source projects (GitHub / GitLab Stars ≥ 500) • Innovative applications or startup IT projects with clear product forms
